Refund / Cancellation Policy

・ The registration fee includes tea/coffee breaks. Participants can pay for other services such as lunch, transportation, accommodation, etc. according to their own needs.
・ All the above registration fees are tax-inclusive. Papers that have been received and registered are not refundable or withdrawn.
・ Once you register, we will reserve your spot. If you are unable to attend the meeting due to an emergency, please entrust other people to attend on your behalf and notify the organizer in advance by email or phone for confirmation. ・ Due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars and national policies, the organizer reserves the right to change the date and location of the meeting.
・ Personal information will only be used for matters related to the meeting and will not be disclosed to third parties.
