a total duration of 25 minutes, including a speech of approximately 20 minutes and 5 minutes of questioning
Lightning speech
total duration 10 minutes, speech 8 minutes, questions 2 minutes
1.Document Requirements:
Use a USB flash drive to store the presentation; Pre-check the USB flash drive for viruses; Send email backups of the presentation; Use recommended formats: .ppt/.pptx or .pdf, and pay attention to compatibility.
2. Pre-Meeting Requirements:
Report to the chairman in formal attire 20 minutes before the start of the meeting (or 10 minutes before the lightning speech); Copy the documents to the on-site computer upon reporting.
3.On-site Requirements:
There are standard demonstration equipment on site; please bring your own computer to debug in advance; ensure that multimedia formats and links are valid during the debugging process.
Poster report
no fixed speech time, the author needs to be on duty throughout the presentation period
1. Documentation Preparation: If there are any auxiliary electronic materials, please prepare them according to the above requirements.
2. On-site Requirements:
The poster is A1 size (59.4 cm wide, 84.1 cm high) and is vertical；the font is visible from 1 meter away；the author needs to explain to the audience.
